Short Information: Education Department, Government of Bihar has officially started the online application process for the Post Matric Scholarship (PMS) and Bonafide Scholarship for the academic session 2026-27. All eligible students belonging to SC, ST, BC, and EBC categories can submit their applications online starting from 15 July 2026.

महत्वपूर्ण तिथियाँ (Important Dates) आवेदन शुल्क (Application Fee)
  • ऑनलाइन आवेदन प्रारंभ: 15 जुलाई 2026
  • ऑनलाइन आवेदन की अंतिम तिथि: 15 सितंबर 2026
  • Government Portal Fee: ₹0/- (NIL)
  • (Note: Portal is free. Professional application filling charges may apply separately).
Eligibility Criteria & Required Documents
पात्रता (Eligibility) आवश्यक दस्तावेज (Documents Required)
  • यह छात्रवृत्ति केवल उन छात्र-छात्राओं के लिए है जिन्होंने वर्ष 2026 में किसी भी मान्यता प्राप्त कोर्स में नामांकन लिया है।
  • आवेदक को NSP (National Scholarship Portal) का लाभ नहीं मिल रहा हो।
  • बैंक खाता आधार सीडेड (DBT Enabled) होना अनिवार्य है।
  • आवेदक का आधार कार्ड (Aadhaar Card)
  • जाति प्रमाण-पत्र (Caste Certificate)
  • आय प्रमाण-पत्र (Issued after 01/04/2026)
  • मूल बोनाफाइड सर्टिफिकेट (Original Bonafide Certificate)
  • फीस रसीद (Fee Structure / Receipt)
  • Last Exam Pass & 10th Marksheet
पात्र कोर्स / सेमेस्टर का विवरण (Course Details)
  • INTERMEDIATE (10+2): Session 2026–28, 2025–27
  • GRADUATION (UG): Session 2023–27 (6th/7th Sem), 2024–28 (5th/6th Sem), 2025–29 (3rd/4th Sem), 2026–30 (1st/2nd Sem)
  • POST GRADUATION (PG): Session 2025–27 (3rd/4th Sem), 2026–28 (1st/2nd Sem)
  • ITI / D.El.Ed / B.Ed: Session 2026–28 (1st Year), 2025–27 (2nd Year)
  • OTHER COURSES: GNM, ANM, B.Tech and all other technical/professional courses where admission is taken in 2026.
विशेष नोट: कॉलेज से बोनाफाइड सर्टिफिकेट (Bonafide Certificate) बनवाते समय सावधानी बरतें। त्रुटिपूर्ण बोनाफाइड के कारण आवेदन रद्द हो सकता है।
